I help close the gap between the story they're living and the story they're telling, because that gap is where connection goes to die.

Brenden Carretro

Leach Coach

You know why you started. You could talk about it for an hour if someone asked properly. But nobody asks properly, so you've built a version for public consumption: the elevator pitch, the About page, the answer you give when someone asks what you do. Every one of those is a compression, and every compression loses something. Do it enough times and you end up representing a business you don't quite recognise, wondering why the people who should be lighting up are just nodding politely. There's a gap between what you know you do and what you say you do.

That gap is expensive. It shows up as rooms full of people you can't quite reach. As a story that looks right on paper and feels hollow. You get filtered out by people who would have been perfect, because what reached them was the flattened version. You compete on price, because the thing that actually made you different never made it into the room. You do more marketing to fix it, which just turns up the volume on a signal that was never clear. Meanwhile the story that would land, the real one, the reason any of this exists, is sitting in your head where nobody can buy it.

The work is getting that story out intact and repeatable, so it holds up in a pitch, a sales call, a website, or forty seconds at an event like this one. Not a brand exercise. Not a set of messaging pillars you'll never open again. Just clarity on what you're actually building and the language to say it plainly enough that the right people recognise themselves in it. That's what the Prologue is for. One session, nothing owed after it, and you leave knowing which story you've been telling and whether it's still the one you want out there.
