Thirty minutes. Free. A conversation to work out whether coaching is any use to you.
Not a consultation, not an assessment, and not a sales call with a nicer name. Half an hour where you say what is going on and I ask questions about it, and by the end one of us says whether this is worth doing. Sometimes the answer is no. I will tell you if it is. Ten weeks of coaching that was never going to fit is worse for both of us than one honest half hour.
What happens in the thirty minutes
The first ten. What is going on right now. Not your life story, just the part that made you open this page.
The middle ten. What you have already tried, and what happened to it. Most late-diagnosed adults have a graveyard of systems behind them, and the pattern in that
graveyard is usually the most useful thing on the call. The last ten. Whether coaching helps with any of it, what it would actually look like, and how it gets paid for.
You do not need to prepare anything
No forms, no history, no tidy version of the story. Nothing to read first, nothing to bring. Turn up as you are on the day, and if you get there and cannot remember what you meant to say, that is fine. I will ask. Video or phone, your choice. Camera off is completely fine.
If you need to move it, move it
Reschedule as many times as you need to, from the link in your confirmation email, right up to the start time. No fee, no explanation, no awkwardness about it.
If you miss it entirely, the link still works. Book another one. Nothing is held against you here.

What it costs
The Prologue is free. If we go ahead from there, most employed and self-employed Australians with an ADHD diagnosis can have coaching paid for by the federal government. Around $1,770 a year through the Employment Assistance Fund, separate from the NDIS and the DSP, and you do not have to tell your employer your diagnosis to access it. If it applies to you I will walk you through it on the call, and that is useful whether or not you ever work with me.
Who this is for
Adults with a confirmed diagnosis, a working diagnosis, or a strong suspicion and an assessment you have not got around to booking. Mostly people who spent years being told they had potential, then found that outrunning it stopped working.
Who this is not for
Coaching is not therapy and it is not treatment. I do not diagnose, I do not give an opinion on medication, and I do not work with someone in acute distress or at risk. If that is where you are right now, coaching is the wrong first step. Say so on the call and I will point you at something better.
Then what
Nothing automatic. No card, no obligation, no sequence of emails talking you into it. If you want to keep going you will say so. If you do not, you do not, and that is a completely acceptable outcome of a call whose entire purpose was to find out.
